2009
In 2008 Scottish Women's Aid published its analysis of the 2008-09 SOAs, to assess the extent to which local authorities included reference to domestic abuse. This analysis found that domestic abuse received limited coverage in the SOAs and only 5 referred to it as a specific priority. One year on, SOAs are strategic plans at Community Planning Partnership level, providing a strategic opportunity to develop joined up work to tackle domestic abuse\violence against women across Scotland. This analysis reviews how this has been put into practice in 2009.
